Mild Rebel is responsible for the information you submit through this website. This notice explains the limited way we use project-enquiry details.

Information we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project description, and the service or plan that prompted the enquiry.

How we use it

We use these details only to review your request, reply to you, discuss possible services, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the security of the website. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, checks the form for automated abuse with Turnstile, and handles incoming and outgoing email correspondence. The form sends your enquiry directly to Mild Rebel’s private customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we manage enquiry records and related correspondence.

Website analytics, reliability and enquiry counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views and website performance where measurement is available. Cloudflare describes this service as not using cookies or local storage for analytics, or tracking people across websites. Coverage can vary by region and browser, and enquiry form contents are not included.

We review enquiry totals and may use fixed technical delivery outcomes to understand demand and keep the form working. Those events contain only the selected service, the location of the enquiry button, and a fixed outcome category. They do not contain your name, email address, project description, or form-verification tokens. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to host and secure the website.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry records and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a possible client relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell submitted information or share it for unrelated advertising.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your enquiry by emailing admin@mildrebel.com.
